With a web shop from us, every paid order becomes a proposal for the bookkeeping, with VAT, shipping, fees and the document attached. Digitalo Ekonomi approves it, and every payout from the payment provider is reconciled.

The problem
A web shop sells around the clock, by card, Klarna and Swish, with shipping, fees and gift cards.
Entering that by hand is either late or wrong. And it is hard to see that every payout matches what was sold.
How it works
- Step 1The shop is connected with a key that can only read.
- Step 2When an order is paid it becomes a proposal for the bookkeeping.
- Step 3Shipping, fees, gift cards and tips land on the right account. An unknown payment method is never guessed.
- Step 4Every payout from the payment provider is booked on its own.
- Step 5Every voucher gets its document as a PDF.

A new shop starts with every proposal approved. Automatic only after a reconciled month.

Every payment provider is reconciled against the bank.
Nothing twice
A retry never becomes a duplicate voucher.
Corrections show
Nothing booked is ever changed. It is reversed, and the correction is booked.
