Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you book a call: name, e-mail, phone, your current website, industry and whether you want to meet on video or by phone. We need the data to hold the call and give you a price proposal (steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b)).

When you write to us: name, e-mail and what you write, so that we can reply (Article 6(1)(b) or our legitimate interest in replying, 6(1)(f)).

When you become a customer: the data needed for contracts, invoices and bookkeeping (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep the data

Bookings and messages that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after twelve months. Contracts and invoices are kept for seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

Who receives the data

Our web host Pressable (Automattic Inc.), with the website in Amsterdam, and the services we use for e-mail, calendar and video meetings. They process the data on our behalf. We never sell data.

Cookies and statistics

We only use the cookies needed for the website and the booking to work. We collect visitor statistics without cookies and without being able to see who you are. That is why no consent box is needed (the Swedish Electronic Communications Act).

Your rights

You may ask to know what data we hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted, restricted or moved, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hej@digitalo.io.

If you think we are processing the data wrongly, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
