The control balance sheet, calculated twice

When a Swedish limited company has lost half its share capital, the board must act, with deadlines that cannot move. The tool calculates, keeps the dates and drafts the documents.

Built. The legal references are being checked against the statute before it is used for clients.

How it works

  1. Step 1The company's bookkeeping is read in.
  2. Step 2If registered and booked share capital differ, the tool stops.
  3. Step 3Equity is tested against half, and at the second meeting the whole, of the share capital.
  4. Step 4The dates are kept. Eight months to the next meeting and two weeks to the court.
  5. Step 5Five drafts are written.

What gets better

Calculated twice

A separate check recalculates everything on its own.

No AI does the maths

The figures come from ordinary program code.

Personal data stays put

Names and identity numbers never leave the firm's computer.

The idea behind it

A board should know in time, and have its documents ready, when the equity shrinks. More at Digitalo Ekonomi (in Swedish)
