KoncernSchack: the group on a map

A tool where a group of companies is drawn up, and every move is tested against the rules before it is made. A dividend, a sale or a group contribution.

Test version. The rules have not yet been reviewed by a qualified tax adviser.

What it looks like

KoncernSchack with an owner, a holding company and two subsidiaries on a map, and a list of steps on the right
The example is made up. The learning mode shows how a structure is built, step by step. The tool is in Swedish.

How it works

  1. Step 1Companies, owners and holdings are drawn up, with equity and cash.
  2. Step 2A move is chosen: dividend, sale, group contribution or merger.
  3. Step 3Each rule answers allowed, warning, blocked or needs judgment, with the law cited.
  4. Step 4Nothing changes until a person approves.

What gets better

Decisions you can follow

It shows what was tested, against which rule, and who approved.

Honest about its limits

The tool says what it has not tested, instead of guessing.

The idea behind it

Advice on a group should be traceable afterwards. Until the rules are reviewed, the tool is used to ask the right questions, not to give the answers. More at Digitalo Ekonomi (in Swedish)
